Without Mediums

In this world, there are two types or kinds of societies or communities. These societies and communities function in way, in one aspect, they try to integrate needs and want of those constituents within their given domain in inclusive way and manner; as they also function and activate their needs and wants in exclusive way and manner.

First ones are those communities and societies, which have top authorities and leaders at higher level, and they have their own respective cadres and selective individuals who promote and promulgate their given ideology and doctrines, within those channels and institutions to which such people belong. Mass at large communicates with such mediums too.

Such kinds of societies and communities exist in everywhere but what vary from one social dynamics to another, is degree of involvement such cadres and selective individuals in relation to participation of mass and public at large. In few societies, they have higher and bigger space, but in other communities, they have lower and smaller spaces too.

Second ones are those communities and societies, which have top authorities and leaders at higher level, but they do not have cadres and selective individuals who promote their given ideology and doctrines, but every citizen and member of that given society and community is cadre and they feel accountable and responsible to their given social dynamics.

These kinds or societies and communities are like those beautiful ones are not yet borne, thy are just ideals, in which such kinds of societies and communities are not just ideas that cannot fly, but they are perceptions that can fly as such given societies and communities fabricate their own jets and airplanes too.

In such given undertaking of former types of societies and communities, leaders, cadres and mass at large are interacting and communicating with both understanding and misunderstanding for many different reasons. These arise due to integrity of institutions, leaders, cadres and mass at large.

Understanding between such given constituents of any given social dynamics create healthy and nicer system and way of life, and citizens quality of life become profound and better, and life becomes exciting and interesting as day replaces another day.

Misunderstanding that arises between such actors of human drama affect and influence dynamics of societies in devastating way. Such given misunderstandings that occur between such elements of life can ruin not only integrity of social dynamics but also its total life and survival too. This is highly dangerous than any other threat any given social dynamics could face.

For example, when any given social dynamics is going on with its daily routines, there are possibly there major misunderstandings that could go around. First one is a misunderstanding that exists between those people who have power and authority over others in which ego and ambitions play major role between such given members of any give social dynamics.

Such given misunderstanding results in losing its direction, violating its own principles and doctrines; it challenges integrity of its own leadership which do have significant impact on running and function entire social dynamics since it is mind of any given domain. This is a serious threat to any given dynamics.

Second misunderstanding is a misunderstanding that can arise between cadres or middle level, which is mediator between top and bottom. This one is a bridge that connect leaders with mass at large, and if such bridge is not well, whole social dynamics is under danger. In this case, there is possible way or mechanism to fix this if top leadership is strong and healthy as it can be reflection of top leadership; as top is sick, it is also of high probability to tell that middle is same too.

Here, there are two kinds of difficulties in which first kind of difficulty is going on between middle level, within themselves in which lack of proper management and administrative tools can be one cause besides many other factors; second one is difficult that exist between top level and medium levels ones, which arise due to many factors, conflict of interest, ego, and other hidden factors too.

Third one is a misunderstanding that results between and within mass at large in which such given misunderstanding is occurred due to fact that mass has its own problems, in which there are problems that are solved by leaders as there are also other problems left unresolved in addition to current ones that are created by current need s too.

Such given type of misunderstanding also includes on what is going on between mass at large with medium level in which such given confusion occurs as result of middle level leadership failure which is also reflection of top leadership; other is middle level leadership might conspire to create conflict between mass and top leadership; and other possible reasons can be there.

While such theatrical drama of human way of life is going on, it is quite funny to notice in those people who are especially at top level, as they confuse personal interests with that of common goal and objective, they try to destroy other individuals who are devoted in working together to achieve that given similar goal and objective as their given ego and ambition is high, they want to take more space within that give social dynamics.

This is what any given social dynamics suffer since most social dynamics promote an idea of equality under margin in which they claim that all are equal to outside world, but their given inside says, all are equal, but few are more equal in which such drama exits in almost every social dynamics who are organized to achieve certain goals which they set to themselves.

It is quite fantasy to create more social and community dynamics in which top and bottom can communicate directly by destroying medium ones as top is strong enough, and it can make everyone in that given social dynamics as its best actors, promoter, participant and beneficiary of such human drams.
