A Glimpse in the City of God

A tricked past cannot create truthful, secured and confident future. This is verily dependent upon how people perceive life and this world at large. Life is like on what and how you think and imagine than what you act and react since the media of action and reaction that exist on this plane of existence cannot allow most people to act as they think and imagine in which the media of communication and interaction is already dictated by past routine activities and undertakings, which govern what people imagine and think to be translated into this objective reality in expeditious manner.

They say, God is not the author of confusion. Confusion is a state of being created as matter of one’s lack of clarity in understanding something and failure in doing something. It is both thinking and implementing difficulty. One can be found in state of confusion for many reasons. One is lack of clarity in vision. The other is due to the wrong choices in strategies and tools one does in implementing a certain vision.

The idea and concept of God is derived from beliefs and ways of life that was articulated in past, whose origin is not known, but most attribute the idea and sense of God with religion. Although religion is the best actor in ideas and matters related to God, politics has joined partnership with religion in shaping peoples belief and identity in determining values and beliefs in many nations and societies. Politics in most cases support beliefs and ways of life that go in conformity with its ideology no matter how neutral it wants to be and it claims, as religion plays eminent role in shaping the politics.

The God that exist in all religions is defined by few chosen individual who claim that they have authority and receive the holy spirit in different forms and they claim that they are messengers and manifestation of God, they represent God amidst human kind and tell those who follow them to go this way, go that way, do this, do that, and so on. This is done base on acceptance of their claim and station, in which they define God in most similar manner, but the method and application is different.

God is mostly conceived as transcendent (beyond the world), emphasizing his otherness, his independence from and power over the world order; or as immanent (present within the world), in which the idea and sense of God is mostly shaped by such assumptions and conceptions. When God is beyond the world, creation is an emanation of such reality in which the First Mind is the primal cause of all such creation. When God is present within this world, such conception of beyond the world is operating within this world in mysterious manner due to the fact that First Mind is beyond the summation of creations.

When God is assumed that it is totality of creations in which there is no such thing beyond the world, God function in every creation in its own manner, but there is no such mysterious power people seek since it is not beyond this world, but just in this world as people govern and know all secrets of every creation, it ends up being there, and could lead to an  understanding that with an ultimate end of knowing all, human reality could champion God as result of governing and seeking mysteries of creation in due course of time, since everything in here is bound by time and space.

Bearing these aspects of God into account, the idea of God is mostly derived out of fear of consequences of what denial is to bestow or out of dependence people have in life due to the fact knowledge of certain aspects life make them deduce that there is an intelligent being going on their reality which make things work out in mysterious manner for the good and betterment of them As the two Muslim clergies were arguing about the existence of God, one asked the other, how do you proof the existence of God, the other replied, it is because I have planned to do things in my own way, but they are performed in different way and manner than what I have already planned, which made  me think such interference in my plan that there is different being working for me.

One of the reasons why people seek to know God in the olden days is the desire to seek wisdom and knowledge, in cases as claimed by others as power and referred as magic, in which those people who are inspired and tell and do something which ordinary experience and human beings cannot adequately tell are believed to have special communion with God. In these days, there are abundance materials and documents on various scopes and fields of file, which are available at fingertip, and one can get inspired on many aspect and arenas of life and inspire by the documents and written materials available in this world and can come up with one’s own agenda and issue. Do we need God?

There is a widely quoted statement of German Philosopher  Friedrich Nietzsche, although written materials state that such mater appeared before his time in other works, he is famous in the statement, God is dead, is an idea most people connected to Nietzsche, and it given an idea that is God dead, by the actions and reaction of humanity in these days since what is claimed and known as virtue of God and what really God looks and sounds to everyone is very paradoxical idea. God sound a paradox and in cases as a hoax than any other aspect of human life since if there is just an Absolute and Just power on earth as claimed by others as God, where is the justice and the interference, is what everyone ask.

God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. Yet his shadow still looms. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?
