There is an always mysterious reality that creates some sort of excitement in one’s given undertaking in which as experts think and believe, “even though the average length of the human menstrual cycle is similar to that of the lunar cycle, in modern society there is no relation between the two. The relationship is believed to be a coincidence. Light exposure does not appear to affect the menstrual cycle in humans. A meta-analysis of studies from 1996 showed no correlation between the human menstrual cycle and the lunar cycle”.
Though they claim that it is coincidence between the menstrual cycle and period of women along with the lunar cycle; it is assumed that such relations is a coincidence though there could be no such coincidence in nature as one thinks and believe that everything is created with purpose and mystery, there could be other unraveled and undiscovered mysteries which such people should figure out since everything in this Cosmo is interrelated and interconnected.
The menstrual cycle is the regular natural change that occurs in the female reproductive system like the uterus and ovaries that make pregnancy possible. The cycle is required for the production of ovocytes, and for the preparation of the uterus for pregnancy. Up to 80% of women report having some symptoms during the one to two weeks prior to menstruation. Common symptoms include acne, tender breasts, bloating, feeling tired, irritability and mood changes. These symptoms interfere with normal life and therefore qualify as premenstrual syndrome in 20 to 30% of women. In 3 to 8%, they are severe.
The first period usually begins between twelve and fifteen years of age, a point in time known as menarche. They may occasionally start as early as eight, and this onset may still be normal. The average age of the first period is generally later in the developing world and earlier in developed world. The typical length of time between the first day of one period and the first day of the next is 21 to 45 days in young women and 21 to 31 days in adults (an average of 28 days). Menstruation stops occurring after menopause which usually occurs between 45 and 55 years of age. Bleeding usually lasts around 2 to 7 days.
Menopause, also known as the climacteric, is the time in most women’s lives when menstrual periods stop permanently, and they are no longer able to have children. Menopause typically occurs between 45 and 55 years of age. Medical professionals often define menopause as having occurred when a woman has not had any vaginal bleeding for a year. It may also be defined by a decrease in hormone production by the ovaries. In those who have had surgery to remove their uterus but they still have ovaries, menopause may be viewed to have occurred at the time of the surgery or when their hormone levels fell. Following the removal of the uterus, symptoms typically occur earlier, at an average of 45 years of age
A study for Menopause Matters, founded by leading doctors in the field, found that 60 per cent of the women surveyed were distressed by their loss of libido. They felt their bodies were letting them down. “It’s not that they don’t want to have sex; their bodies have simply stopped co-operating so sex becomes painful and women start making excuses to avoid it,” the survey concluded.
If there is one thing that can be said with confidence of the menopause, it is this: it forces you into strange and unnerving territory where nothing feels the same any more, whether it is your own body, or your connection to the people and the world around you. It is a cauldron of change. The biggest downside of the menopause is the effect is has on their sex drive.
Can women feel sexy and joyfulness while in period of the menstruation or menopause? Can they change the attitude and feeling they are designed to have by life and nature in such natural period of their given life? How? A study at the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2007 found that 44 per cent of women taking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) reported more interest in sex than the placebo group. Even a low dose of vaginal oestrogen can stop sex being uncomfortable – and that’s often the root of the problem.
Science helps to avoid natural disturbance which nature forces on human beings and creations since the human mind is created in order to help, overcome and solve challenges and difficulties which humanity face in due course of time. But there is still something that cannot be stopped in here, which is the menstruation or menopause from coming in its own cycle and period of life.
Likewise, the same is true to the earth quake happening on our world in which an earthquake, which is also known as a quake, tremor or temblor, is the perceptible shaking of the surface of the Earth, resulting from the sudden release of energy in the earth’s crust that creates seismic waves. Earthquakes can be violent enough to toss people around and destroy whole cities. The seismicity or seismic activity of an area refers to the frequency, type and size of earthquakes experienced over a period of time. Science can measure the scale or magnitude of earth quake, but cannot stop from coming it to date.
In both conditions and states of life, it is not possible to feel joy or happy since both happen by natural means and ways of life. This is an indication that such feelings of depressions are designed by natural means and causes since it is the natural cycle that makes them happen and such stresses do make everyone to feel not good since they cause bad feelings, which is one of the facets of life on the earth. This does not mean that people will be bored or depressed to the entire period of their life, but things change, they change in feeling and thinking in due course of time too.
Such scenarios of life are mentioned in here in order to indicate that such boredom feelings are not only situations that come by circumstances of life in due course of time but also they are designed by nature as happiness is too. Both joy and sorrow are designed by nature and life. But what people can do in here is on the way they handle and manage such circumstances of life, they can shorten or lengthen such boredom periods, which require mindset and experiences in such life. Though one had never been in such city, one could only share what other people wrote and say about such city.
